"I made an appointment for 9:30am, earlier this week, for knotless braids. After waiting 30 minutes, I was finally seated, but there was only ONE person available that knew how to do knotless braids. I constantly asked over the phone prior to coming if there was someone available that could do them. The problem came in when there were 3 people including myself that requested knotless and not one head was even touched. I say this to say, unless you want traditional braids this is not the place to go."
