"My child was crying for 20 mins during her appointment bc the doctor was hurting her and he didn't notice her tears rolling down her face. But another assistant did and came over to help calm her down. And the office never called me. Her grandmother took her bc I was at work. She doesn't even want to go back. But she has to. Luckily she won't be seeing that doctor again. I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication from this office. When I called to discuss this I was told they were short staffed and they dont have time to talk to the parents. But that's not acceptable. I've never been updated as to what happened at her appointments. Almost 7 thousand dollars and no communication. Just disappointed bc I thought we made a good choice with this facility. Short staffed or not my kid shouldn't be crying for half an hour and I didn't get a call."
