"I came in for an oil change and asked for pricing over the phone. When I came in I was then told it would cost $450. When I declined because I simply can’t afford to spend almost half a grand on my car after Christmas, I was told that I was grumpy by Mitch. Literally go anywhere else for your car services! I will be checking my cars oil tomorrow just to make sure they actually changed it because I’m pretty sure I spent $130 for them to do absolutely nothing. And yes I said $130 because they have charged me for a service charge tax and “extra oil”."

"I stumbled upon this location by accident after exiting I-485 with a flat tire. The entire staff was super welcoming and polite which was a relief as I was a bit flustered given the circumstances. They got me in as soon as they could and were able to patch what ended up being a nail puncture. This occurred at the beginning of an 8-hour drive to Pennsylvania, so I was very appreciative for their quick and effective service."

"Wow, I was pleasantly surprised by the fast and friendly service at this Jiffy Lube at Northlake - W. WT Harris Blvd. location by the QT gas station - I-485. Clint, Alfred and the manager were all so professional and worked as a team. The lobby and shop were clean. During this visit, I had an oil change and replaced both cabin and air filters. I will definitely return and will have all 4 of our vehicles serviced at this location. Keep up the great job! Don't forget to check online for coupons."

"I went to this location for a state inspection. The manager came back 15 minutes later to report it needed brakes and rotors on both axles or else it would fail the inspection. This was quoted at $700. I left. Two days later I took my car to a Goodyear location to be inspected. There were no problems with it. I specifically asked to have the brakes and rotors checked. I knew everything was fine but I wanted a second professional opinion. Avoid this Jiffy Lube unless you know cars and understand their con. Buyer be ware."
