"In the early 80s Horowitz was a mean verbally abusive dentist to the children.. especially when the low income kids would arrive. I've watched him tell kids to "Shut up!" and clamp his hand over their mouths when they cried and the hygienist laughed Then be all smiles when parents came back.. he's not worth the mental stress on your children.. go elsewhere. I was a former patient and left quickly because of this for dentist that cared."
