"I came in yesterday for a haircut. As a walk-in, I know those with appointments are a priority, but waiting 45 minutes as other walk-ins who came in after me we’re served ahead was frustrating. I’m working in Kannapolis this week, and I have little opportunity to get a haircut while traveling. I told the stylist exactly what I wanted. I asked for a 2 fade down to a 1 and to keep the 1 toward the bottom. Trimmed lightly with scissors on top. Somehow, stylist (I believe her name was Mary) can’t follow the easiest of requests. She basically used a size 1 guard on the trimmers and went almost to the top of my head on my right side and somehow not as high on the left. Wrong guard. Wrong location. Completely uneven. She cut the top shorter than I’ve had it in years. I said, “light trim on top” and she took off about an inch and a half. Maybe I should have had her use a breathalyzer before sitting at her chair. This is the most hideous haircut I’ve ever had and I have to meet with clients in meetings for most of this week. This experience has been bad enough that I will never visit another Cost Cutters franchise simply because I no longer trust management to hire competent employees."

I'm 66 years old and it isn't any of your business where I been all day."
