"The staff and nurses are nice and the appointments run on time. No issues there— the main issue is that you can’t get a hold of anyone after hours, no on call doctors or nurses. I’ve tried filling out an online intake form to have someone call me back and they never did. The call wait times are also extremely long in general. I’ve been on hold for so long that I’ve been disconnected a few times."

"I came to have a simple MMR vaccine form verification signed to confirm for my school that I had gotten the MMR vaccines when I was a child. This vaccine was extremely clearly listed as ALREADY GIVEN in my immunization history form. Yet at the Chapel Hill and Durham offices, we were lied to and told that we have to get the Meningococcal B vaccine in order to get this MMR form verified and signed at the Chapel Hill office. We then were instructed to go to the Durham office for the appointment. At the Durham office we were told again told that only AFTER this unrelated-to-MMR vaccine could we get the form we needed signed. This vaccine was a whopping price of $250 plus service fees—it was all about the money from the start. We are not medical professionals and were wrong in trusting that Chapel Hill Pediatrics had our best interests—as over 10-year patients—in mind. Only after the extraordinarily OVERPRICED vaccine were we given the simple MMR form that we had needed a simple signature for. We then realized that the Meningococcal vaccine was clearly not a requirement on the MMR-verification form. We realized we had been blatantly lied to by both the Chapel Hill and Durham offices. When asking the Durham office receptionist about why we were lied to into getting this extraordinarily expensive Meningococcal vaccine, the receptionist called the nurse over, who proceeded to condescendingly talk about why the Meningococcal B vaccine was important, completely leaving unanswered the original question. I could have gotten the Meningococcal B vaccine at a much more reasonable price ANYWHERE else—the point is that we were blatantly LIED to. In summary, we were intentionally lied to and scammed by both the Chapel Hill and Durham offices. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any hospital or clinic. From a simple form to being scammed $250. We will not be coming to Chapel Hill Pediatrics for medical services ever again."

"We have been going to Dr. Dunk for years and her and the entire staff and all of the doctors are incredible with the kids, they take your concerns seriously but also don’t over prescribe. They use reason with antibiotics and vaccines and I appreciate that. Clean place and great hours. The walk in hours are great and the chapel hill location has Saturday hours and is equally as great."

"We've been to this office over a dozen times for both sick and well visits and have always had good experiences. We've seen several doctors in addition to our regular one and all are great. The nurses and staff have also been super helpful when I've called in to ask questions or needed to get in right away. They have a completely accommodating schedule including walk-in hours in the morning and after-hour urgent care appointments/walk-in and are open pretty much every day of the year at one of their two offices. So happy to be patients here!"
