"A wonderful experience! I have been to Abeer for highlights and hair cuts for 15+ years! She is talented, sincere, and wise. I always leave her salon feeling beautiful and confident!"
"Abeer is the most experienced hairstylist. I loved her unique hair color technique. I highly recommend her . She is the best !!"
"Terrible experience!!! One week ago I went to Seela Salon for a haircut, my stylist was Abeer she did a terrible job on my hair. I wanted the layer haircut and showed her a photo of what I want , but I think she didn’t have any idea how the layer haircut looks like! She cut my hair in 2 layers that are so noticeable. She offered me to go back so she can add more layers. she also mentioned it would be worse if she add more layers because I shouldn’t straight the layer hairstyle, and always should style it curly which is nonsense! These photos are so clearly showing her work in both flat ironed and curly hairstyle."
"Abeer at Seela Salon is a very knowledgeable and caring hairdresser. She will never do anything to harm her clients and in fact gives all the information for us to make educated decisions. She is friendly and warm and always willing to go the extra mile for her clients."
"I have never been so disappointed or humiliated at a salon in my life. I had met Abeer a few months ago for a consultation and she seemed very knowledgeable about hair and color. I booked an appt. over a month ago and had been looking forward to having my hair dyed. I showed up for my appt. right on time and when I walked in she rudely said “what are you doing here?” No “hello” or “welcome.” I said I had an appt. She huffed and puffed and said that I did not have an appt. and then realized that she had overbooked herself. I immediately felt uncomfortable and wondered if I should stay. She had another client in the chair and shortly after called me in. My hair color was lighter now than at the original consultation and I had even lighter roots but I am a natural redhead so my base color is light red. I wanted the base color copper and wanted her input on what she would recommend. I felt rushed and uncomfortable choosing colors. It seemed like she was overbooked and just didn’t want to do my hair. She had originally quoted me a base price of $130 for highlights and lowlights the last time I was there. She abruptly told me that since my hair base color had changed and she was now going to have to use 3 colors the price would go “WAY” up as she put it. I felt so humiliated as a new client, completely disrespected and like a fool even going to her. I said that I could do my base color myself and I walked out. She was so ungracious and unprofessional. If she had privately discussed with me what she could do, how much it would cost and gave me input and options, and not in front of her assistant and her client, I would have been happy to pay more but there was no privacy. I cannot tell you how disappointed and angry I am with this experience. If you want to feel special and taken care of by a professional stylist this is NOT the place for you."
