"I came in on 8th and had a full set of clear sns done for $85 and one broke 3 days later, came and had repaired, but then by 17th all nails had popped off. These nails didn’t even last the 3-4 week period. I’m soo disappointed."

"Now I remember why I haven’t been to this place since 2019! In short, this place literally played in my face. I came in for 1, I repeat ONE nail fixed. My middle finger on my right hand. No design(s), bling/charms, nothing. I was charged $20 for ONE nail repair. As you can see I have long tapered square nails & designs on every nail, being that this isn’t where I normally get my nails done I didn’t even care about the design. When I entered I was told that repairs start at $5. The joke of a receptionist said I was also charged for length, having used colored acrylic(?) & shape(?). Only 2 out of 4 of that fake reasoning makes sense but still wouldn’t back this janky add up on the receipt. Good thing I didn’t ask for shorty to clean the acrylic dust from up under the nail or else I would’ve been charged $25!"

"If you’re looking for quick service go elsewhere!! This is not a chop shop salon. They encourage appts for a reason! I judge salons off of smell and the salon does not have that heavy odor. Their staff is diverse, attentive, and can execute what you actually want in shape/design and recommend what’s best for your nails. They don’t “upsell” you on stuff that don’t benefit or look good. This is a luxury nail salon and they treat their clients as such. They offer quality polish brands like OPI and DND. This is the only place that has not messed up my nails and consistently have looked good for weeks end. They also offer gelX which is not common. Quality takes time and is not to be rushed! I drive 45 mins to come here because every time I cheat on Cachet, my nails always get messed up."

"Worse quality, unsatisfactory nail service ever! Less than a week my manicure gel nail polish started to chip and bubble up on my real nails. After being told from the tech gel polish last longer than regular polish. I certainly know longer than a week! This place would not rectify the problem because they have a three day policy. I went back one week later after the initial service when I noticed my gel polish on my nails were chipping and bubbling up.They actually wanted to charge me a repair fee to fix the poor quality service they did on my nails! It’s so much more to this story but I don’t have the time! I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone but if you’re satisfied with your service there I have a $160 gift certificate with $65 left on it if anyone wants to make a cash offer for it. They will not get another dime from me and I refuse to go back to this nail salon that provides great poor quality service place!"
