"New doctor comes and then refuses Medicaid. My children have been coming to this drs since 2 years old. Smh, such a waste. Why take a job that you can’t manage, should have decided to pick up a part time job. I could tell the care from this new dr wasn’t going to be Stellar anyways. From rushing appointments to not seeming to be present."

"My kids have been seeing Dr. Ashley Hess for over five years and they love her. Especially my five year old Trinity. She’s always so patient with her and makes the visits really fun for her. She is the only child I know who looks forward to going to the doctor. I am saddened to hear that she will be leaving and when I told my daughter she cried. I know she will be great at her new practice but we will miss her terribly."
