"I tried to fill a prescription here for my cat, with a paper script in hand from my vet office. I had already tried 2 other pharmacies earlier that couldn’t fulfill it so my hopes were pretty low. I don’t mind at all that they weren’t able to fulfill it but the woman behind the counter had such a rude tone. “A fentanyl patch FOR YOUR CAT?” Yes—my cat is getting her paw amputated. I guess there’s sketchy people trying all kinds of lies but some of us are just here to pick up what the doctor said we needed, ok?"

"I have had my fair share of crazy experiences at this Ingles pharmacy (re: check my past reviews for it somewhere else, please). Since those times, it had been mostly OK. But....you knew that was coming...at the very, very beginning of the pandemic. we called and tried to fill my daughter's prescription. It was like six months worth, courtesy of her great nurse at the Olson Huff Center. Ingles claimed that they could not fill it. They asked for some special Medicaid number. We had no idea what they were talking about. We contacted Medicaid, and Medicaid told us to tell Ingles to contact them. All of a sudden, with that statement, my daughters prescription was able to be filled. Wow. And, as I just noted in another review for a different pharmacy, when I asked the Ingles pharmacist two questions while picking up my med, she told me that there was a customer behind me. But was I not a customer? It was so disconcerting to be dissed like that that we switched to another pharmacy. I would consider going back- it is great being able to ponder over ice cream flavors while waiting for a prescription to be filled."

"Great prices with my insurance. Wait time is usually very short. They don't always call back when they said they would."

"With limited Covid hours at other local pharmacies, I had a hospice Rx called in 15 minutes before the Ingles Pharmacy closed earlier this week. Even as a new customer for the pharmacy, they got it done quickly for us. They have earned our continued business. Great customer service and appreciate them staying open until 9:00 pm when no other pharmacy in Waynesville appears to be .... if I missed another one, I apologize. Tried 3 others that were already closed, anyway."

"Absolutely the worst customer service from the pharmacist and the young girl working the window. I dropped my mother's prescription off at 11am. It is now 6:55pm and they told me it would be another 30mins. I'm sorry but you have had a little over 7hrs to work on the prescription. I'm confused. Earlier you told me it would be an hour when I dropped it off this morning. I will stick with Ingles in Hazelwood."
