"I had spring twist done on my hair on a Thursday, $220 and 7 hours later but by Saturday, I was back getting 6 of them replaced. By the flowing Wednesday, I had lost at least 25 more. I went back and had them replaced, and by the time I got home, I lost 3 more, and as they continued to slide out I won't go back. Although, they were very apologetic, this was way too much time, money, and frustration involved. I have never had anything remotely like this happen. There is no need for me to continue to go back, and the same person has to be the one to correct the problem. This is not worth my time. I will have to chalk this up as a loss. Very disappointed. The pile of braids continues to grow."
"Not a fan. Didn't really like my hair after I was done , then they over priced but tell you they can't do alot of the styles out there"
"I will not be going back . I actually used to braid hair myself and I know that braids will eventually slip if your hair is less than an inch however my hair my hair was longer than that on my sides and they still came out. I can’t even put it in a comfortable bun and that was one of the reasons of me getting them . I tipped the braider and braids still looked horrible after being in for two weeks. I couldn’t go back because i live an hour and a half away."
"I came here a few months ago to get my hair braided. I wasn’t gonna write this review but now that’s it’s time for me to get my hair rebraided and I’m desperate to find somewhere to go because there’s no way in hell I’ll come back here I feel like I should. The braids came out out beautiful but the service was awful! They didn’t wash my me hair. The girl who came to braid it complained to the owner in another language about me hair. She ripped through my dry matted unwashed hair with a blow dryer. I would have washed it myself but the website says they wash your hair. She didn’t even ask she literally just went at my matted fro with a blow dryer ripping my hair complaining to the other the lady the whole time. Then when I asked for the color I wanted she sucked her teeth and told me it was a mix of 2 colors and I couldn’t have it but half way through I saw another lady come in and they gave her the exact color I wanted and it was not a mix they had to make it was already there in a pack ready to go. Idk why I always have a bad experience when I go to African hair braiding places from Abby’s to Bignon’s they are so rude and disrespectful they talk shot about you in another language they’re rough for no reason at all it is just miserable experience every time."
