"The store was disorganized, the staff lacked knowledge, and many products were out of stock despite having testers available. Improved organization and better-trained staff would greatly enhance the shopping experience. I only shop at Ulta because Sephora doesn’t have MAC products, otherwise Ulta is no where close to the shopping experience or the staff at Sephora."

"This place is a unprofessional and sad excuse for a business. I waited 17 minutes for my curbside order before calling and asking if there was a problem and I waited an additional 5 minutes. I arrived at 4:09pm and it is now 4:32 pm. The online order was incomplete and I was charged more than my online order price. I also lost my $15 promo when purchasing over $50. They did not apply the credit. Don’t shop here. Go somewhere else. They don’t care and they are incompetent. I will never make another purchase at Ulta again in my life. They can have the credit line back also. I don’t need he problems or wasted time."

She not only took the time to go over each one of my needs and concerns but she also provided me with amazing makeup tips and tricks. "Horrible experience here.. Knowing they were about to close I was rushing Howe that wasn’t fast enough for the old black lady that was extremely rude I’m a diamond member I may not have looked up to par being that I rushed out the house to make it to ulta before they closed and still ended up getting nothing she also snatched the little items out my hand saying they are about to close… These are Customer service representatives and they need a lot more training on the customer service part. They were out the store by 9:07 I know people wannna go home when it’s time to but 5 extra min wouldn’t have hurt and I wasn’t even greeted or helped while in store. Charlotte University area"

"I have no complaints about this store. I came here on a whim, not really looking for anything specific. I am not really a makeup wearer but I decided that I need some new eye liner as mine has dried out. Told you, I am not a make up wearer LOL. I also picked up some magnetic eye lashes. I think I have worn false eye lashes maybe 5 times, but I felt like purchasing some new ones (I still haven't worn them). I did ask one young lady for her advice. She was wonderful in providing me her thoughts on the lashes, so that also made me solidify my purchase. The lines were a bit long at times, but they moved extremely fast. I don't think I waited in line for more than 2 minutes. The cashier was nice and welcoming. I would come back to this establishment as the workers were nice, the shelves were stocked, and the store was clean."
