You have to wash your hands before the service is provided and the chair is cleaned before you sit. She washed, massaged my scalp and retwisted my locs. I was throughly satisfied with the level of service I received. Claudia also has great hair products. I would highly recommend her for hair care. I finally have loctician in Charlotte!!"
