"My daughter was brought here by her father that was visiting from Liberia. She provided the brought a picture of what she wanted. It was the soft locs. What she got was hard chunky locs. If you are looking for basic hair styles with no creativity then this spot might work. But if you are wanting something you saw off tiktok or IG... don't do it. Of course when I called and instead of acknowledging the braiders were out of their skill level the blame for the crunchy hair styles was placed on my daughter for not saying this or that. She is a child that believed is she showed the "professional " a picture they could do what they said. Unfortunately she experienced the awful side of the braiding industry. I let her hear the conversation from whomever picked up the line and my baby refused to go back so they could "fix" it. She said the pain was too much on her head and they didn't know what they were doing. I hope I get to post the pic of the style she requested and what she got. We will never go back."

"I've been going here for a while but I probably won't be back. There is never a set price with box braids or the length. It's whatever she feels like charging that day. One time I paid $185, $150 next time and $190 the final time. Good work. The owner NewNew is nice and she has family working in there. They can't do everything and they let you know up front."

"I had the most amazing experience at this shop! My hair turned out great! I was worried that my hair would not blend well with the Senegalese twist because I'm natural. But they did an amazing job! And the price was amazing for the long length I got which reaches the top of my bum, for under 200! And on top of that they were so sweet!
