"I was a bit nervous as I hadn't been to a salon since 2017 and hadn't let anyone but me style my hair. I wish I remembered my stylist's name but they were kind and helpful throughout the process. I was their first client with long, curly hair and they did a fantastic job with the bangs and layers along with their teacher! You cannot beat the price and cannot wait for my next visit."

"I would say it’s totally luck of the draw for who you get as a stylist which then determines the outcome. I went in for a trim and said yes to some long layers. I left two hours later with four inches off and layers that are so choppy sticking out from every which way. Some of my friends asked if I got the “wolf haircut.” When measuring at home, from the shortest to the longest piece is 5.5 inches…… to say it looks horrendous is an understatement. Manager/leader was very nice and tried to restyle and fix it, but obviously hard to fix anything once all that hair is chopped off."

"Yesterday I did a walk in to see if I can get a color change and a flat iron and a trim. The color change turn out good in the front and I see no difference in the back. The front of my hair look fine to me and I couldn’t see how it look from the side or back but when I got home I was told the my hair was uneven. There are pieces of my hair this is cut shorted than other on the same row of hair. You can see by the pictures I added. I am disappointed with my hair result and what is makes it worse is that when I got check off by the supervisor she didn’t say anything and as well at the other students/stylist."
