"Loved it My hairstylist Mo..did an excellent job she did my hair exactly how I wanted very professional..."
"Looked nice inside so i thought it would look better with in style custom floor upgrade."
"Went to Zahna in room 107 If I could give zero stars I would......Zahna was almost 40 minutes late to appointment when she arrived all she talked about was how she saw text messages in her baby's father's phone (who manages a restaurant at the airport)was cheating on her with one of his co-workers and they were up all morning arguing and that's why she was late for my appointment very unprofessional her personal life should not affect her arriving on time for a paid client."
"Proceed with caution: This review is for Styled by Zahna located at UNI Salon Suites room 107: The work I received was entirely different from what she shows on her website. The unit I wanted was SUPPOSED to be glueless which would allow me to take it on and off because I didn't want the hassle of dealing with adhesive. She was also doing a custom color as well. The hair I purchased was from her line of hair 4bundles & 1 frontal which she made into a wig. My appointment was on a [email protected] expected to walk in and see my wig with the color I requested completed and ready to be installed. That wasn't the case. She was still bleaching the hair upon my arrival. Now after abt 50 mins of me waiting she places the wig on my head, I can feel her positioning the wig(but mind you she has me turned away from the mirror the whole time I'm certain it was to cover up her imperfections). The wig is in place but as she's combing through it it's sliding back it does this the whole time so she says “Oh it's probably from your hair being too soft.” She proceeds to take the stocking cap off from under the wig and ask if it feels secure. I replied, "No, it's still sliding." When I went in for a consultation Zahna out of her own mouth told me that her glueless wigs would stay tight and secured because she measures your exact head size so it's a snug fit. So why is this wig moving and not staying in place (red flag). So to fix the problem, she states, she's just going to sew it down. I'm even more disappointed at this point because sewing it down prevents me from parting the frontal anyway I choose because the thread will show through the lace, then she says “Oh I know why the wig won't stay, all the hair is making the wig too heavy." She never mentioned the amount of hair would be a problem prior to making the wig. Moving on to the wig itself I get home only to notice more flaws. First off the only thing she preplucked was the side part, there was no customization throughout my frontal even though she advertises customizing in her services. My hairline looked nothing like the hairlines/frontals she has on her website. It looked very unnatural/bulky.I spent more time trying to style it so the mistakes she made wouldn't show. To add insult to injury, she had the nerve to leave my real edges out, that defeated the WHOLE purpose of getting a lace front, I didn't want to be bothered with blending my hair everyday.Moving on to the quality of the hair she sells; there was nothing luxurious about it. I washed the hair and lo and behold, the frontal was completely straight not body-waved like the bundled hair in the back it didn't match at all. When I call back to bring this to her attention, she tells me to twist the hair to blend it.unacceptable.I paid over 600 for her hair and it's two different textures/patterns?Then she tells me, coloring the hair can take the curl pattern out, which is nonsense. I've bought quality hair plenty of times and professionally coloring the hair NEVER affected the curl/wave pattern of the hair. If the hair she sells can't withstand being lifted to a coolblonde without losing its original curl quality it should be mentioned on her website. The color job was uneven throughout, when I got home and attempted to wear some up and some down in the back there was a huge area that wasn't colored, it was uneven with one side being more brown and the opposite side still black like she ran out of bleach.Smh. To make a long story short, I came back a week later for her to correct the wig and once I arrived at her suite and asked if she would be able to correct everything that was wrong with the wig she had the nerve to become defensive then accused me of having an attitude which I did considering I paid her over 1,000 dollars and got nothing I paid for.It was obvious she bit off more than she could chew and lacked the talent to fix the disaster she originally created so she just insisted on giving me a refund but blaming it on my attitude I'm happy I got my money back and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else."
