"I don’t think calling someone dark! Is acceptable and I don’t think great clips should allow for anybody to be spoken to in that manner. Ownership should have some standards about the customers they allow in their place of business. Disgusting!!! Indian man calling someone else dark, look in the mirror."

Marquitta is one of the best stylist there. Given that they handle the general public day in and day out everyone is still warm and welcoming when I've come in."

"I did my hair cut today around 6:30pm. Received worse hair cut and service ever. I have been going to Great Clips all different locations in Charlotte but today’s experience is worse. There was dark complex lady who did very bad job. Even when I asked to square edge she showed attitude. She completed my hair cut less than a 10 mins and all these time she was talking and complaining to her co-worker about her job. Totally disrespectful. I will never visit this location again."
