"Was charged $250 after I left for a broken TV supposedly. No one never called and told me about the charge I just seen it on my statement. When I called the lady at the front didn’t know why and told me to call back. I called back and another lady said the TV wasn’t broken and wasn’t sure why I was charged. After several more phone calls and days later they refunded my money and then charged me another $250 and then refunded it again. Worse service I have ever had with a hotel. I would never stay here again."

"I have rarely left any negative reviews on Google. But this is one. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, and as nice as you should ever expect for a budget hotel. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great. However, this hotel is on a busy 4-lane highway and the rooms facing the road do not have sound-insulated glass. I live close to a road, so I am not sensitive to road noise. But it sounded like the trucks were driving through my room. To build this hotel this close to a highway without sound-insulated glass is simply not acceptable. It is not a quiet whoosh. It is a thundering roar. A truck woke me up at 4AM, and 100 more trucks kept me awake permanently. If you can get a room on the back side of the hotel, you should be fine. Otherwise, bring earplugs, though I doubt that would be enough."

"-Customer service was terrible. -Pam at the front desk hung up on me with a snobby attitude, from the way she answered the phone I knew it was going to be a bad experience. -Charged for hotel service fee- never heard of this. -Had my debit card on file but still asked me to leave to go to the bank to give cash deposit. Even though I am not a local and lived a little over an hour away. -Floor stained, smell of mold was strong, hair in bed and shower. Trash still in fridge. Smell was terrible. I felt sick for 2 days after leaving this facility. -Management there is just slack in my opinion"

"Needed a place last minute and the rate online was decent. Front desk kindly showed us the room before booking it to make sure it wasn't a crapshoot. Room was nice, clean and had been updated. The breakfast was a huge let down. Only had waffles, small bite size muffins, 2 cereal options. Nothing else except apple juice and milk. Could use some major improvement here."
