"My first time here 9/14/23 and I won’t be back! I was here over an hour and my nails are horrible. I sit down the man just starts doing whatever he wants. He sized my tips way too big. Never asked me what I wanted as far as shape goes. He did a basic and mediocre square shape. I told him I wanted medium in length. He cut it long and I asked him to cut it down he said no we leave like that. I’m like I’m okay. Not trying to cause a fuss on my first attempt. The color wheel he has are not true colors he has different color acrylic under the nail Polish. So I chose an off white and it was see through I’m like this didn’t look like the color I picked. The acrylic is lumpy and has gaps and grooves all through it. Absolutely terrible!! I’m disputing this with my cc company at this point!! I can’t go anywhere like this!!! Stay away!!!! And it’s dirty and stinks in there! The hand towels are rough and not easily assessable when your hands are dripping wet! Cheap acrylic. I’d definitely rather pay 70 plus for a quality set than this. I feel sick looking at my nails! This was the first time I got them done in so long and I definitely went to the WRONG place!"

"This place is only good for pedicures..& only the woman is capable of doing that! Only 2 people work there , husband & wife. I’ll only let the wife do my pedicure. She’s very sweet & polite . The man is very rude impatient & rushes everything. He once tried to tell me that my fingers were “uneven” as explaining his HIDEOUS work lol. I utilized this place ( it’s 5 mins away) for a quick pedicure if need be in between until I can make it to my normal place where I know I’ll get top notch service on everything!"

"The guy there did my friend nails horrible, had no sensitivity towards her as a customer. He was supposed to do coffin shaped ( however you spell it ) it wasnt even coffin shape. He was quick no apologies. He doesn't need to do nails!!! My polish is already coming off my French tips 2 days later"

"Owner added acetone in front of me to the gel bottle then applied 3 coats instead of 2 and I still can see my nails throug. He tried to blame manufacturer's quality and said even if he puts 5 coats it would be a same. I went to next salon to redo my nails. My 5 Y grand baby does better job! It is just like I was told "they are good at pedicure and that is it!""
