"The facility is clean,the attendant that serviced me was nice;she did a good job however; the attendant quoted me one price for services and the manager increased the price,I wasn't pleased at all,the nail salon is extremely busy and when I went I waited for a good little while,they didn't have a lot of help,fyi the Salon only accept cash, there's an ATM Machine available at the entrance of the salon but to use the machine it's an extra fee of $2 per transaction,also at the register that accept,your credit card or debit card,I gave a rating of three stars because of the price issue,If I'm quoted a certain price by the person performing the services,that price should be honored,and not tell me when everything is done that I owe additional. 9/13/2023 Addendum: I gave a rating this time for customer service 4 Stars,I asked specifically for the service cost before I agreed to the service,my wait time wasn't that bad,I went between 12:30 pm and 1 pm,overall not a bad experience this time around."

"Nail 1st is one of Charlotte’s oldest and most established salons. They do amazing work EVERY time. I usually see Tina but will occasionally see TT or Van (both owners). Prices are very reasonable! It can be a bit crowded from Thursday thru Saturday so I recommend making an appointment but when you want your nails done right the wait is worth it. S. N. For best nail designs, please see TT!"
