"The first time I visited I was very pleased. I walked in and they put me in tigers chair. He did a really good job so much so that I was looking forward to going back. I made an appointment and when I walked in at my scheduled time someone was in his chair. I was fine with waiting. They tried to put me with someone else but she was very rude and got upset when I said the acrylic she was trying to do my fill in with didn’t match so there was a notice indentation in my nails. She became dismissive and now was refusing to do my nails. Next he finally finishes with the person and then someone else gets in the chair! I’m like how is this the case when I made an appointment? I ended up being the last customer in the salon. And I was not at all pleased with tigers work this time. It was rushed , sloppy , uneven French, and some nails were even messed up and he didn’t try to fix. Won’t be going back again."

"Don’t come here unless you want to be scammed. I got a pedicure, perfectly fine, I asked to get my nail cuticles cleaned up on my hands. The lady puts on the slip $20 price for a full manicure price when she only pushed my cuticles back. Then I go to check out and the receptionist goes to talk to her she said ok change it to $15. No that’s not the price. Then the OWNER comes over and says a manicure is $35. Sir what!? A manicure is $20 and I got my cuticles pushed back!! Won’t ever see me here again!!"

"I been coming here for years…. Since the very first day they opened I have built a relationship with Ben his brother and his wife at some point the service has diminished to the point I will never go back. It seems as if they just want to get you in and out without care as to why you come in in the first place. A week ago I came in for a full set and pedicure and my nails lifted only 4 or 5 days later. Of course The cost of everything was $220. I reached out to the tech but it was a vague response. Now today I am come in and she isn’t here (sick) so I tell Ben and he suggested a fresh set…. So I get the fresh set and a Pedicure… and If I could add pictures of the $80 pedicure and the $ 75 full set I would. It’s just disappointing. I tried to talk to Ben all he had to say was just get polish the next time or go to him or the other lady. I come for a treatment of the pedicure not for the look. And to be honest this isn’t the only incident (nail infected from a split in my nail cause by too much filing) but I really have been trying to stick with them because it’s close to home and I am used to coming. But it’s over and I told him that I will never come back here to spend money like this again."

"This Nail Salon is THEE BEST!! They have very nice music and very professional and precise work! They work fast and they are very nice . I really do recommend you all coming here . They make sure you are very welcome and they will ask you if you would like water. I love how elegant it is and for my nails to be taken off, and a set with rhinestones… it was just $65 and i love it !! Most definitely 5 STARS!!"
