"Awful customer service. Went there at 12: 20 today sign on the door closed for lunch... Went back later asked a simple question of I didn't know you closed for lunch and the quy working went off on me terribly. Stating that if he works eight hours he is closing the doors and then yelled at me so you got a problem with that! I will never stop in there again!!! As I was leaving he was still yelling at me . I don't need to do business with places like that."

"I love family dollar I am in the most every day for some or other. All managers have changed as well as staff. But I really like the group y'all have put across from ingles on hwy 70. There is a tall black man manager that is wonderful he can answer just about any questions you my have . And he has a way of making you feel safe. If there is a person who make people get that uncomfortable feeling about themselves. He will overly watch every thing. Then when that person finely leaves. He watch and one in the parking lot to make sure that person goes on their Mary way. That is very nice manager to do that. Then you have a cashier who is the most trustworthy person and sweetheart I have ever met. Her name tag said sumer,she is a sweet and as warm as the sun. Didn't see the tall black man name tag ,maybe because I'm only 5 2"."
