"Nice place and I don't have any complaints about the quality of the service. However, for a $20 haircut, showing suggested tip amount minimum as $5 is not appropriate I think. Its more than 25%. Though it has the option to customize and pay the amount whatever I like. But its creating a guilt feeling in customers mind. Looks like its a strategy followed by the chain forcing the customer to pay higher tip. IMO suggesting a tip amount should be banned across the country."

"I've been going to Great Clips Old Towne Village for years and Manuela cuts my hair absolutely perfectly every time. Manuela is a pro, highly skilled, and a pleasure to talk to. But everyone there is friendly, efficient, and really cares about their customers. I suggest using the App to check in ahead of time - it's great and a pure genius idea!"
"Will not go to this location again. I went in and showed my stylist a picture of a taper fade and a scissored look up top, she proceeded to tell me she had been working long enough in the business to not need the photo. She then cut my hair in a completely different way, and then when she was finished she told me that I could not achieve the haircut I was looking for because of my hair texture? And the real problem is she had so much hair to work with beforehand to talk with me about what she could or couldn’t do, but she basically told me she could do it and then lied about it. If I could leave 0 stars I would."
