"Great people with a friendly attitude. Good prices. Have been going to this pharmacy for about 5 years and if my Drs changes my medication or even the manufacturer changes they always let me know when something is different. Really appreciate that."

"I asked three different times to not autofill a certain prescription. But there are two others that I do need regularly filled. Because of our legal draconian HIPAA paranoia (I know that's not Publix's fault) they can't tell you what it is when they offer to refill by text, just that something is available to refill. Each time I expected it was one of the other two, as I had already told them not to refill the other. But now, for a third time, the prescription I specifically asked to be removed was the one that was filled, and it's also the most expensive. I have several years worth of it while I only have a week or two of the others. I had to ask for a third time that the unneeded prescription be removed from the system. I will use another pharmacy going forward."

"Pharmacy Manager, Bonnie, was not willing to assist in getting a medication transferred from a different pharmacy. She was rude, dismissive and apparently did not have the bandwidth to provide good customer service. They treat you like a number here, and for this reason, I recommend you go elsewhere."

"The pharmacists and technicians alike are patient centered, first and foremost. They are a busy pharmacy but manage the workload better than other pharmacies I have been to in town. On top of that, a pharmacist and a few techs actually know who I am and have gone out of their way/above and beyond to make sure I get the best prices for my medicines and that I get them in a timely manner. My only complaint is that when a new prescription is sent it, it is automatically set to process the next day. So, if you need something fast, make sure you tell them and they will do their best to accommodate you needs/timeline."
