Reviews of Ann and Jim Goodnight Museum Park
"This place has scifi portal magic lol. The powers that be always have me walk around here on the prettiest days. It's one of the first times I realized we were being controlled physically too. Had me twirling around in circles. That started about last September for sure. I just wasn't allowed to notice or retain the knowledge of that before then. I'm sure it's the same for a lot of people."
"Black nativity concert. It was awesome and we had such a beautiful day for it. Glad I got in on the last day. The Black Nativity Concert was filled with very talented people and the singing was fantastic it had you on your feet wanting to shout. This was such an uplifting concert. They had actors and actresses in all ages. Oh! and the piano player/slash conductor was on point . (If he has a side gig in music on weekends I would love to come hear all of them.) If yall can go see them anywhere around Christmas then do so. You will not be disappointed. Oh !! and when they sang Mary did you know...........!!!!! so good it made my eyes water...."
"I had the most amazing time here! It's a true hidden gem in every sense. The large sculptures scattered throughout the park add a captivating artistic touch, making every stroll an inspiring journey. The flower fields are a burst of colors and fragrances that elevate the experience to another level. The presence of a greenway and bike-friendly paths make it a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. The convenience of plenty of free parking is a welcome bonus. But what truly stole my heart was the abundance of green space where you can sit and relax. Whether you want to read a book, enjoy a picnic, or play fetch with your furry friend, this park has it all. Plus, being located next to the museum of art adds an intellectual and cultural dimension to the visit. It's an all-encompassing destination for nature, art, and leisure lovers alike!"
"Our family visits the amphitheater every year to see the final show of the paper hand puppet intervention. It is always a good time I don't think we've ever been rained on. The sound system is excellent and well run. The bathrooms available in the outdoor park are enormous and kept clean. Everything here is easily accessible to the handicapped. Parking is close and abundant. It's always fun for the kids and adults as well."
"This was the perfect place for a walk in the late afternoon before sunset. The park has nearly five miles of paved and unpaved walking trails with more than 30 amazing sculptures and art installations to enjoy. There are plenty of options for places to stroll, enjoy a picnic or just relax on the grass."
