"Sadly the food is getting so much smaller. The size of chicken nuggets this last time was disappointing. My daughter kids meal didn't hold her over long."

"Cfa Today at 5pm I decided to go get dinner for my partner. I ordered a kids meal 5ct nugs, lemonade, ranch, honey mustard, an ice cream cone instead of the kids book and an extra ice cream cone. Once I paid and drove around the corner I received the lemonade, kids meal and an ice cream CUP. I told the guys up front that I order an ice cream CONE for exchange of the kids book along with an extra ice cream CONE. I checked the recipe and noticed that they never even put in that I order an extra ice cream cone and offered to pay. I then looked in my kids meal bag and noticed a fruit cup instead of fries that come with the meal. I then told them that I didn’t order a cup of fruit either and then also asked “does the kids meal ALWAYS come with a cup of fruit” the guy (manger or shift leader) then said “ no you have to ASK for a cup of fruit to receive a cup of fruit” I explained I never asked for a cup of fruit and just wanted my fries. He then told me I owed $4 and something cents (I don’t remember exact change). I then asked “ is that how much an ice cream cone cost?” He said “no that’s how much an ice cream cone AND fries cost” I told him I wouldn’t pay for anything but the ice cream cone because it’s not my fault she gave me a cup of fruit instead of fries. I even offered the cup of ice cream and cup of fruit back to them because it wasn’t what I order or wanted. I then finally got my ice cream in a cone and my extra ice cream in a cone along with my fries. My issue during all of this is that the 2 guy I was talking to seemed so frustrated and didn’t seem to even listen to what I was explaining to them multiple times as clearly as possible. I wish that the first person that took my order would at least pretend to be paying attention to what I was saying instead of looking around and seeming distracted the whole time I told my order because it would have prevented all of this from happening. This isn’t my first time iv experienced miss communication with this specific restaurant location."

"This may be the BEST Chick-fil-A I've ever been to! The food was amazing, as always, but the real stand out was the service. The employees who handled our order were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was also excellent. Despite being busy, it felt laid-back, too. This was my first visit to this location, but I definitely plan to return!"

"Wow, this is a newly built chick-fil-a, and is top notch. The staff is, as always, extremely helpful and friendly. The atmosphere and seating is wonderful, this location even has an outdoor seating area and playground for kids on the inside. The food as expected is awesome and you can order from your table if you have a smart phone. Give this one a try if your in Easley, SC."

"Posting for my best friend. She ordered a chicken sandwich 04/15, this is what CFA served her last night, no matter how close it was to their closing time the bun shouldn’t have had mold on it closing or mid day still unacceptable. I also feel like ever since Brian the manager that was there left, the quality of food has went real down hill, he knew what he was doing and now that he’s gone it seems no one knows how to run the store."
