"Haircuts are typically fine. I went today and did the online sign up and once I was listed first in their screen, they took three others before me. Two of the three actually were walk-ins that did not sign up beforehand. I left and will never go to this store again. What is the point of having online signup if you do not follow it? Update: I did call the Great Clips number and told them about your location not following the ordering and wondering why you even have an online reservation system. They basically said nothing they can do and that the location would call me and probably offer something to me. I explained I have zero desire to ever go to this location again, no matter if it is free or not. It is simple, there is an online signup so simply follow it..."
