Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

"I would give higher, but today, on 01/21/2024, we took the family to play and have fun. Website says they close at 8 pm, so we booked a time slot of 6 pm. Got there and was told they will be closing at 7 pm today and no reason as to why they will close an hour early. The reason for closing early....The restrooms were not working on this day, and we were never advised we would have to go next door to Michael's. Once you go next door, you also have to locate and associate and get a code to open the door. We were only advised when my newfew went to the restroom there was a younger guy stading there turning people away and saying they need to go next door. All this should have been advised when we checked in for the wrist bands and should have been offered a discounted rate for the inconvenience. I've been to other Urban Air parks and love them and seen where they offer walkins and reservations, but this location is the 1st one we've been to that was 100% reservation only."

"My review is from a parent point of view sitting down observing things. The establishment is awesome for children to have fun indoors. I didn't like the fact that kids were running around to wildly. Yes, it's a place to have fun but needs to be a bit more supervised and controlled. All it's going to take for a child to get knocked down and severely injured. Maybe have signs posted, no running, etc. For safety and to prevent lawsuit purposes"

"Great place for kids to spend their day - prices are reasonable especially with there being no time limit on play time. Wide range of trampolines but what sets this place apart are the other attractions - climbing walls, zip line, bumper cars, and more. Go online and do your waiver before showing up to avoid doing it there! Staff was just okay but really not that important as you don’t need to interact with them much."

"We had a birthday party there recently for my nine year old and Z. Ogbonna was our party host. She was great. She greeted everyone, got them out playing, gathered them at the right time for pizza and cake. She handled out the passing the cake and asked me how I wanted to handle that, meaning she could do it all, or I could cut and she could pass it out, or vice versa. We have a big birthdays for the kids in previous years (not here), so we’re familiar with lackluster party hosts, but she handled it and loved the party along very well. The kids had a blast on all the anusements and we left incredibly pleased."

"This place was great. It started with our party host, Dre, greeting us at the door. Dre is an amazing young man who made sure that everybody had a great time. There are so many things to do from a zip line to bumper cars and obstacle courses. All the activities are well organized, and safety is a high priority. Great place for a birthday party or just spending time having fun."
