"Savanna Sipe ruined my hair and had no idea how to fix it. I have spent thousands of dollars to repair my hair bc of her incompetence. I even have in a text message that she took responsibility yet neither she nor salon owners will respond to me with information to file a insurance claim. I am fortunate that my hair was so thick and healthy or I would have probably lost most of my hair. It was bad enough I had orange hair for about 6 months bc of what she did my hair was so damaged it would not tolerate hair color or even take color. The orange would come right back through. It takes a terrible unethical person that took responsibility for your hair but then will not even respond."
