"First time visiting this new restaurant. The menu was intriguing with different options not always seen on an Hispanic cuisine menu. I actually asked for something I was craving but didn't exactly see on the menu. Carnitas dinner with rice pinto beans and flour tortillas. They were happy to oblige and the food did not disappoint. The pork was moist, delicious, perfectly prepared. Tortillas were fresh made, salsa was fresh made and delicious. This was as close to my Grandmothers cooking as I have ever had. My daughter had the Flautas with rice and beans and we both had a margaritas!! We will be back!!!"

"I ordered the grilled chicken fajitas to go. The food was ready when I arrived and was still hot when I got home. The food was excellent with plenty to eat and a great taste. The chicken was plentiful with great flavor. The only complaint is that I didn't receive any tortillas with my fajitas. Overall, great food for a great price."

"There's a dearth of decent Mexican restaurants in this area, so having a new option to try was exciting to us & boy were we ever happy we did. The food is excellent & a couple cuts above what we've had in the Blue Ridge area. The chips were light & perfect for scooping the yummy salsa. For an "appetizer" we got the Shrimp & Octopus cocktail to share & it was enough to make a meal of, so most of it came home to be used in our Sunday Bloody Maria's! I was very surprised to see Mole anything on the menu & had the Mole Enchiladas while my lady had the Mole Poblano & both were absolutely delicious. Our friend had a tamale & enchilada & thought both were scrumptious. Oh ya', almost forgot the Margaritas! The Texas Marg is delicious & well made. We could actually taste the tequila which isn't always the case. It didn't taste like a mix from a bottle, so I'm sure it was close to scratch made & was yummy!! To top it off the service was spot on. Our waitress was friendly & very helpful & got a nice tip for being so. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality & quantity of the food & thought it was a good value which is important. We are very happy we gave it a try & will definitely be back!!"
