Bojangles

"I went through the drive thru. Four cars ahead of me. Orders were delivered timely. Got to window and paid. Young Man was being instructed by two ladies. He even went to the register and checked the order himself. Gave me the box and said our pleasantries. Got home and BAM!!! It's like getting hacked on Facebook!!! Why on earth did I not check the order before I left??? I know, I know! It's all my fault!!! When you pay for a $11 meal and get a $5 special and both sides are wrong!!! Yep, makes you so mad at yourself that thankfully, YOU LOSE YOUR APPETITE!!! What was I thinking!!!"

"Monday , 01/29/24 , 6:28 now , I walked in @ 5:55 pm , the only customer inside the building , I waited 17 minutes until asked if I had been served . The boy working the window told me he would get me in a second , the Manager walking around talking on the telephone oblivious to any thing else happening , another girl doing mostly talking in the back , a young man came in , walked past and went to back , a few minutes more and he looked at me , asked if I had been served , by now I had pulled a chair from the dining area , he apologized and took my order , I told him I had been there 21 minutes and the “ manager “ had looked toward me twice but could not leave the phone long enough to serve me , he apologized once again , asked for pay and then went to fill the order , that took 5 more minutes as the others gathered around him . This type of service is typical at this location especially in the evening .It is my opinion and only my opinion , that It is time to put a more mature conscientious person in the manager position , one that has experience in delegating work and ensuring customer service without a phone attached to their head ."

"Best large Bojangles family take out meal I have gotten. Hot & tender, no mistakes on the order. Will contact me to order from this location. For 5 years I have dealt with constant ordering problems and rude staff at the Seneca SC location, every single time I have been there. Refreshing to find a good Bojangles locally."

"Food is usually pretty good and staff are normally friendly. I've only eaten breakfast so far Cajun Chicken biscuit with egg and cheese with no rounds. I don't care for their tea."

"This is by far the absolute worst bojangles in the area. I will not go back. Never have chicken ready when you order. They will take your order. Then tell you it will be 20mins before any is ready. Save yourself some time and swing by the Seneca one. This one is ill managed. Chicken restaurant with no chicken? Going by the other reviews this is a common problem with this location."
