"Today felt like a fresh ingredient day for me. I decided to grab a salad for lunch instead of the soup I brought from home. I think of Salata as a Chipotle or Subway but for salads. There is an assembly line of teammates preparing your salad in front of you with a variety of leafy greens, protein, toppings, and salad dressings. I ordered the Salata mix with marinated chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and chickpeas, with a splash of sun dried tomato vinaigrette. There are vegan options, vegetarian options, and a variety it wraps you can chose from should you decide to turn your salad into a wrap instead. I skipped the bread option and enjoyed my lunch."
"If I have to go back to the office, at least I get to eat at this Salata. The food is always fresh and on point, but the best part is the people. The best crew in Charlotte works here. Thank you for what you do, Salata! You have brightened my day numerous times."
"Customer service was not good at all one team member was nice. The others was rushing everyone to order and asking what we wanted on the salad although our salad bowl was all the way down line while we was still at the beginning of the line. Therefore how can I tell you what I want if I can’t see the options. The lettuce was very old. The inside was clean and you can sit down if you like. You do have to pay for parking. I do not recommend based off my experience."
"This was our first time at Salata, and it definitely will not be our last!! What a great experience from the customer service to the fresh ingredients. I particularly enjoy and want to note the ability to sample before you place something on your salad. When I asked for suggestions, she quickly provided me with options but said please feel free to sample. I will say, if you are looking for a cheap, quick healthy meal, you will be disappointed in the price as it was pricey for two small salads, 32$. But the small salads were filling and plenty. All in all, well worth it for the Mrs. And I. We will be back. Job well done, and my compliments again to the service we were given."
"Great value! Considering the inflation on food in the past two years, this place is great value for what you get. Also can choose as many toppings as you like in the salad price. I found the small size even generous portion. Clean place, nice atmosphere. Can dine in or outside option. Quality of ingredients was as expected."
