"I'd give zero stars if possible. I had a coupon for a free haircut. I guess that was a HUGE mistake. I showed the woman a picture of a lady with a beautiful bob. The barber cut my hair, as one customer review put it in their review, "like a chainsaw". My hair, what's left of it, is all uneven. I look like a man who's going into military service. I'm buying a wig because my hair, as I said whats left of it, it awful. I want to cry! I just got an email saying "we don't mean to brag, but you look good" How can I possibly look good with all uneven hair?!"

"Great service, communication, and ease of setting the appointment (online) on the front end. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and reminded to check in as arrived. Very clean and well kept lobby, and for the day prior to a big holiday, they were very busy but the stylists were all in great moods and sharing that with the customers. My stylist was Elizabeth, and she was fantastic. Made me feel comfortable right away, communicated what she saw as my regular cut, verified things and got started. She was very detailed but expeditious, and she did one thing I hadn't had done before that used a tool she happened to have (don't ask me, I am not well versed in that) and I really enjoyed the outcome. The MVP was a nice, relaxing and great finish to the appointment, left me feeling clean and well cut as I departed. Elizabeth was a great conversation, and definitely has a great gift in communication, as well as the incredible talent as a stylist. A definite repeat when I am back in the area!"

"So me and the wife role into town for the next 6-7 days for a much needed relaxation on the beach with no kids. Our 1st vacation in 23yr without and children, and after a very busy hectic week back home in Watts Bar TN and we both needed cleaned up. Her was a manicure and me a fresh low cut down south FADE!! Dropped wife off and looked for a barber shop. Not realizing that it was a quarter to 6pm on a Saturday and the few options left open were smart styles and trust me nothing smart about getting a decent cut from a stylist in the front of Walmart lol!! Well next door was Great Clips and yeah they need to drop the GREAT lmao! 3rd was sports clips which is my 23yr old son's favorite haircut he like the beautiful stylist about to cut his hair hook em up with the MVP. Anyways I'm like yes this will work and WOW!! I made the right choice so I arrived 10 min before closing and Precious met me at counter and I'm like sorry yall bout to close but I need a cut she glanced at the time. And I got it that they usually provide a excellent service with haircut. Like shampoo, a hot towel face treatment a lil shoulder and neck message. Remember I said this my son's favorite place for haircut with beautiful girls and the shampoo MVP service. And yes Precious and Cayla were very beautiful attractive young ladies with awesome smiles and best friendly personality. Only thing about em was they were Gamecock's fans they both would have looked beautiful in Volunteers Orange go Vols. Anyways I told Precious and Cayla that I just need a quick fade and she showed me to the chair and actually gave me one the best haircuts I've had in awhile. She was super friendly we talked about this and that and she gave me a list of a few local dinner spots. Well next thing I know she's now went past closing time and I apologized for keeping them a little late because I know how it is its time to go home and some crazy tourist shows up needing a haircut 10 min before closing these two stylist have lives and I'm sure a boyfriend or someone. If they don't something wrong with the dudes around. So with that being said Thank you Precious and Cayla for taken care of me and for the awesome conversation and tips on some good food. Would definitely see these ladies next time or year when I'm back in town."
