"I came in for a trial run at Pure Barre. Truthfully, I really enjoyed the experience and immediately signed up for classes. Upon leaving, I realized that the class times did not work with my schedule and my children’s schedule. I came back in the very next day, and canceled my membership. This was over a year and a half ago. I just noticed today that they were still charging my membership on an account that I hardly use. When I noticed I was still being charged today I called to inquire, they said that they have no record of coming in to cancel my membership and they will not refund me back any of my money. However, they do have records of me not being present there for the last year and a half. The owners made it right by crediting me back some of money and giving me credits towards new classes or merchandise! Thankful that money was not a total loss and thankful they did the best they could with corporate restrictions to make it right."

"I returned to Pure Barre after years of not attending ... and the classes are GREAT! The workouts are challenging, very organized methodology and educated instructors. Don't be intimidated if you are new ... as the instructors are encouraging - and even though I can NOT currently perform all the exercises to the maximum strength or flexibility, I look forward to seeing my progress class-by-class and increased changes in my body's strength and flexibility! I also really like the technology of being able to register online and receive reminder texts about my scheduled classes. The studio seems to run flawlessly - with all classes being set-up, start and end on time and helpful staff in the lobby."

"I tried Pure Barre last week for free for Teacher Appreciation Week. I absolutely loved it! The classes are challenging and I really enjoyed that each one was different. Many classes incorporated some of the same equipment, but the various exercises were unique. In most workouts you worked one muscle group to the point of fatigue or burnout, then you moved on to the next muscle group. These workouts seem like they would be great for toning and building definition! The instructors were encouraging and other clients were welcoming. The smaller atmosphere was definitely a plus for me as it made the experience more comfortable. I took a total of 6 classes so far and I can’t wait to go back!"
