"I cannot go to another bp/run in store again after my experience yesterday 10/22/22. The cashier was nice. I didn't have enough on my card for what I ordered. She voided the transaction (as expected) and said the money would go back on my card. It is now the next day and I only have a voided receipt and none of the funds. I am down to a critical level of fuel in my vehicle and have no money in my account to get the fuel I needed yesterday. This is not acceptable. I have no money and fuel now with the only thing being said is it is the weekend the banks need to open and push it through. If I decided to take $24.68 from BP(multi million dollar company) and not give it back immediately I would be charged with theft. Now they have funds of a poor person and are non issue about it. Come on guys."
