"Nice shoes for decent price. I always get my work books from Shoe Dept. every year. This time my boots weren’t waterproof when they said they were. I took them back and they helped me find a replacement pair and swapped them out. The employees were very nice and helpful."

I brought back sneakers that were ordered through the store because they didn't have my size. They were brand new In the box with the packing slip and the clerk was completely confused. He was not helpful and I wasted a trip . No wonder this store is always empty when I go in. Terrible customer service."

"My husband and I came to look for my one year old some shoes today. We were also wanting to get socks for my other two kids. The pair of socks we wanted were in a lock box. My husband and I waited for someone to come assist us, but we were never helped. So we decided to purchase the shoes somewhere else. We walked around the mall a little and I came back to once again try and get the socks we wanted for my 5 year old. One employee was running around trying to help customers while the others were having a conversation. They looked up at me from their conversation several times. I even waved at the younger girl for help just to have her turn her head away from me and continue her conversation with the other employee. I once again walked out and told my husband that there was no point in trying. My 5 year old however really wanted the socks so I went back in again. The lady who was actually helping people walked pass me and I asked for her help. When she asked the other lady for the key to retrieve the socks the lady said “Can’t you see I’m talking here haha”! We walked to the register where the other employees were now gathered around talking about smoking and vaping and how someone got a ticket for it. While they were talking another customer walked up and asked for help. One lady told her it would be a minute. She then turned her head and continued her conversation before helping the customer. I have worked retail management for a long time. This is not how a store should be run. The customer service was terrible and something needs to be done by upper management as far as customer service training. There is a place and time to discuss your personal life. Not in front of customers and their children. To completely ignore a customer as they are trying to get your help is ridiculous. We will not be back."

"Friends were in the mall when I stopped in this store when I saw some nice boots on sale for $29.99. After spending time trying on and deciding if I should get them I went to pay to be told they were $39.99. When one of the employees went to confirm the price the sign was gone. The Mgr took it off saying it was up there by mistake. Asked if if she’d give me the price advertised for she said no. It was advertised by there own sign picturing the boots. Been a retail manger before graduating college and I know she could have given it for that amount advertised. If the owners are anything like this manager they don’t stand by there prices. Never go here again."
