"The food: we ordered the chicken nachos, they were okay. We ordered 2 sodas as well and the staff were so overwhelmed with customers that they weren’t able to get them to us until we went back to the bar after we’d eaten. The escape room: one room, which is okay. It was $10 a person for 10 minutes in the room (they don’t tell you the amount of time it’s for before you buy). We waited longer in line to get the tickets and ask an employee to help us than we did in the room. We got tickets and then went to the exterior of the escape room and there was no one there to help us or tell us what to do, so we had to go back to the desk and wait in the chaos to ask for someone to set us up in the room. The room itself and the lady who helped us were good though. Only 10 minutes though, so barely an experience. VR gaming: the attendant at this place made this experience slightly off putting. He both said and was acting like he desperately didn’t want to be there. The actual game was fun, and lasted 8 minutes for $15 per person. The atmosphere: weird. It’s 28° F outside and the queue to ride the go karts or sign up for the escape room was right next to the door, which took forever to close. The line was very slow and so we were all really cold. Overall: wouldn’t return here. Vibes were weird, screaming children everywhere, barely any room to move around, and employees that seem like they’re having a really terrible time."

"H-ll No. What an ordeal!! Just to race you must be a member. The whole process is Very Very disorganized. The entire place is nauseating. The staff at the front are friendly. The others are not they ignore the patrons walking by not saying hello, definitely not smiling, not welcoming any of the paying Members!! Why are they all so miserable?. Victory Lane is really great for adults after a few drinks and a few races they get loud, vulgar and rowdy and its just not a kid friendly place despite the arcade and racing. Don't be fooled BY THE WEBSITE. It's a money pit. $16 burgers! $70 for pizza and wings. The arcade area is very small and it smells like gasoline. Bathrooms were filthy dirty!!! I was here for 3 hours and couldn't use the bathroom! no toilet tissue & overflowing trash cans the entire time. I even circled back 4 times. Since I paid a member fee against my will, I have to say it was NOT worth the price. I won't be eating here again. And I will not bring the kids back here it's really not for kids. Other better options: Frankies, Concord Mills go cart, Dave and Busters, Sparetime in Pineville."

"I had a fun experience here for a work outing. These go carts are no joke, reaching top speeds of close to 45mph. I did get t boned four times, which is frowned upon, as your not supposed to hit each other, but just letting you know, it does hurt. I like the adrenaline and competition, though. Staff were professional and helpful."

"The customer service was great. They answered any and all our questions we had. The blue go kart track was fun. The prices were very reasonable. They have lots of activities such as go-karts, bowling, axe throwing, arcades, vr gaming and eating. We plan to visit again in the future."
