"My wife and I attempted to rent a U-Haul auto transport from this location, and the elderly lady that was working on 5/6/2023 around 4 p.m. was very offensive and for some unknown reason did not think that a Ford F-150 could tow a Jeep Wrangler. When we reached out to the U-Haul customer service the lady explained that the F150 Could in fact tow the jeep wrangler. At this point, the employee of Bush oil company became very agitated and rude to both OF us. My wife is white and I am African-American which leads me to believe that her behavior was influenced by race. I believe this is a civil rights violation and will pursue this with the appropriate authorities."
