"The people were not friendly, had to use kiosk, they said the front counter was not working. There was 3 of us ordering and they fixed one order and then the next, They had no idea how to run a kitchen. food was very slow. The people in the back did not want to be there, they were lazy."

"Can it get worse? I was in this location tonight, 11-22. Of course they were behind with the orders. As I waited and waited for a delivery order, I had to listen to this short, balding, large man(putting the drive-thru food in the bag) continually whine every time an order came in. He just whined and whined for the fifteen minutes I was there waiting for a delivery order. I also had to watch two guys doing the walk in orders eating while preparing those orders. One of the guys also was playing with his phone while wearing "protective" gloves. I have no idea about the two other people working the drive thru orders but the girl working the drive thru knew what she was doing, wasn't complaining, wasn't eating the food, and was doing her job. "No one at the counter. Ordered and waited 30 minutes for my order. When they called my named this lady ran up and grabbed it. Proceeded to handle everything then threw it down and said that wasn't what she ordered. Still no one at counter. She picks it up again and goes through it again and slams it down on the counter again. Finally her order is ready. I ask the guy who gave her order to her if the remaining bag was mine. He confirmed it. I told him she went through my food. He just looks at me. I can't eat it. Makes me sick to even think about it. Someone should have been monitoring the counter."
