"I always have a good time. Most recently, Shabriel helped me and my team out. She explained the rules nicely and was very attentive. She helped us through some difficult puzzles. The waiting area was cool and clean. They had a decorated holiday tree that fit the theme/aesthetic very nicely. The bathroom was clean and smelled nice, too! "What a wonderful first time experience. I had an opportunity to visit this facility as a guest for a team building exercise. I didn't know what to expect, exactly as it was my first time, so I was skeptical and uncertain. Upon arriving into the facility I noticed immediately the cleanliness and mild atmosphere. Our time slot was on a weekday at noon and they were not busy. We were greeted by our Host & Game Master Shabriel, wow, just, wow. She is wonderful. Shabriel is very knowledgeable and she provided us a clear rundown of the rules and expectations of our adventure. Our team managed to complete the challenge, it was intense, adventurous, frustrating, exciting, nerve racking, thrilling and a few more emotional adjectives. At the conclusion, Shabriel brought us water and an escapology bracelet, we even took a group photo. We enjoyed the visit so much, tickets were purchased for a return visit. If you're into puzzles, riddles, discovering clues, grab a team of friends and give it a try. Communication is key and anything is likely. Have fun."
