"I purchased a pair of sandals that didn't fit in the piece between the toes. I tried them on in the parking lot and returned them new condition the next day. The manager told me I couldn't return them and he'd have a hard time selling theses upon my return process with a valid receipt from less than 24 hours prior. I told him I didn't like go to Walmart and walk around and try to return them. He made me feel like a liar which I very much am not. He said he'd do it for me this time like it was a favor from him in regards to my money and purchase. No favor at all. They were in the box, tags and paper included and clean new condition. Then he told me I couldn't have my $10 rewards back to use later they I used from spending so much on previous purchases back home at my local store. I was forced to buy something for my kid cause I didn't want to spend extra money on top of what I was already out with him not honoring my $10 rewards back to my account. I ended up having to get my kid some shoes which I didn't want to do, use the rewards and spend money I didn't budget for kid shoes. The sells associate rang up the shoes, laughed, and asked if I wanted to buy anything else. I said no I didn't want to buy anything to begin with but using my rewards I would have to just give them for nothing. He said ok I can only give you the remanding balance back in cash or gift card. I'm like yes please. I got back a portion of my purchase in case and was forced to buy a product with money out of pocket I didn't even come in store to buy just so I wouldn't loose my rewards. There wasn't another women's sandal in my price range available for my needs. I just wanted s refund and my $10 rewards back to use my next purchase. I won't return to this location. Rude and they don't follow honest return and exchange policies"

"Come here on vacation specifically to get tennis shoes for work. I always walk away with 2-3 pair of very comfy name brand shoes."

"We were told they would price match. During the call the manager came up and told the nice lady helping us to hang up he would not do it. He said he was the manager he would give us 10 dollars off. But when they rang them up only gave us 5 dollars off. He was so rude to the nice lady waiting on us. We live here, my friend buying the shoes is from Illinois. We WILL NOT go back or bring anyone there."

"Went in looking for a specific pair of shoes, my husband has gotten them here before. They had them and we asked if they had them in his size. The young man who waited on us said they didn’t, but we could order them online. We told him we didn’t have a computer and he ordered them for us and asked if we would like them delivered to our house or if we would like to pick them up at the store. We were in and out in 15 minutes and got the shoes a couple of days later. He was very friendly, courteous and helpful and got us exactly what we needed"
