"Got a flat tire late at night 2 hours from my destination and happened to end up in front of this hotel. I just needed a bed and a place to sleep and this was exactly that and then some. One of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in and the room was very clean."
"The location was nice bc it was close to a lot of shoppes and restaurants. Only one of the 1st desk ladys was nice. The other didn’t seem to care, she was just there. Our trip was planned a few day before, during and after Christmas, so maybe that affected the experience as a whole. The 1st room was dirty. There was crumbs all over the floor, big pieces of trash on the floor and behind furniture. And the tub had hair. The lady at front desk was aware and had a new key issued by the time I got down to the front desk. The second room was not dirty in the same way the 1st room was but a magic eraser to the walls and doors would have definitely helped with this review. There were dirt spots on the walls in the bathroom and the door had those black stains up and down the door from people touching the door, just regular usage. The new room heater didn’t work at all until the last day when the owner came up and tested it. The refrigerator in the second room was so loud it woke us up during the night multiple times. I did ask how often a deep clean was done and the answer was every 3 days….? The beds were clean and firm. If you like firm pillows bring your own because the pillows used are the half full non support pillows. The breakfast was super nice. They had spicy sausage patties, instant oatmeal/grits and little single serve jiff peanut butter for toast , as well as jelly’s and butter. They had Cheerios and lucky charms for the cereal choices. I will not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. This review isn’t to persuade in any direction just personal experience."
"The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. It is pet friendly for a fee, which is nice so that we could bring our dog. We ate at the restaurant downstairs and the food and service were great. The servings were quite large. The hotel did seem a bit understaffed. There was soiled bedding in the hallway outside another room when we arrived and it sat there for hours. Maybe they were waiting for the cleaning staff to come in the next morning? I'm not sure. It's definitely not an upscale hotel and could use some updating. However, it was a good choice for what we needed. The price was good. We were traveling with 3 kids and a dog, they had free breakfast, a microwave and fridge in the rooms, and Disney channel, so it worked."
"The service has been great! Check in was very quick and easy, the manager gave us a 10% discount out of kindness. The rooms are newly renovated, but the TV was laughably small. I feel at this point with the prices of smart tv’s that are at least 40+ inches these rooms should have bigger tv’s, Channel lineup is great though. Room was clean and has a microwave and a (big for a hotel) refrigerator. I recommend if you’re looking for a decent budget hotel room, without having to worry about sleeping with needles."
"Check in was slow until a man showed up and helped the lady at the desk, but they were both really nice. The room was comfortable and clean. The only issue in the room was the peeling ceiling above the tub. The beds were firm and very comfortable. The room was quiet and nice until 8:40am. Since we didn't get in until around 1:30am we were not happy with house keeping knocking on doors and shouting "HOUSEKEEPING" so early. They skipped our room with the do not disturb sign, but they were using something metallic like a quarter or a key to knock on the doors. It was really really loud up and down the hallway. That do not disturb sign on our door didn't muffle their loud conversations in the halfway either. Any sleep after 8:40 was interrupted repeatedly by loud knocking and loud conversations. Note for housekeeping, those rooms you're just outside of... those are bedrooms that people paid to sleep in. Other than the obnoxiously loud housekeeping staff, this was a pretty nice hotel. If you're an early riser, stay here. If you want to sleep in, bring earplugs, or stay somewhere else."
