"As soon as you walk it the place doesn’t smell of food, I don’t know what it smells like but it isn’t food. But the guy was by himself, he was getting ready to sit down but saw us walking in and he got up to help us. We ordered but theirs no fountain drinks working. Also his till drawer had no change in it so I had no way to get my change which was only maybe .30 some cent which I said was no problem, but you are a business you should always have change in your till. We went home to eat because the atmosphere just isn’t where you’re comfortable to eat in. But the food was delicious! Just things at the building it’s self could be better.."

"What absolute garbage! My daughter and I came today for lunch and they were out of Turkey, Chicken, Wraps and all of the soft drinks, and probably much more. The lady that took our order was pure trash, she made us feel like me trying to order food was an inconvenience on her life. Who comes to a restaurant to only be able to order half on their menu? Also while we were there two other people walked in, tried to order and then said no thanks and walked away. Let’s not forget that the female went into the bathroom for almost 30 min, and left the guy by himself. Also is there no uniform standard anymore? Whoever manages this site needs to be fired or step up."

"No ham, no drinks other than bottled water or Diet Coke, no ice. I called to postpone my order since I was traveling, yet no one told me any of this when I called. Got there 45 min later, nothing was made bc they didn’t have anything I ordered (even though the app has you put your phone number, and it showed on the receipt). Drive thru speaker broken when I arrived, and I waited 20 more minutes for my order since it didn’t get made. There was also a half smoked cigarette sitting on the counter on the inside of the drive-thru window, where they place orders. No mayo packets, they put it in a container but they don’t serve silverware so how am I supposed to use it while driving?? I should have read the reviews ahead of time, WORST JIMMY JOHN’S I’VE EVER BEEN TO. No napkins, gave me brown paper towels, and no usual stickers on the sandwiches to keep them closed, they used blue painter’s tape. I doubt I’ll get refunded for my large iced teas I ordered on the app. Clearly it’s an ongoing issues for NO ICE, NO DRINKS, NO MEAT/BREAD during opening hours…..Can someone either fix the issue or close down this location?!"

"Ordered a pickup from this store, waited 15 minutes and then went to pick up my food. I get to the store, the workers were either in the back of the store or sitting at a table on their phone. I walk in and said I had a pickup. It wasn’t ready, and they made it when I got there. The lady that was working had a terrible attitude and was very rude to me and her coworker. The chips up front were not filled. I use to work at this store as well and it was not in this condition when I left. It was overall a very unpleasant experience."

"Okay at this point I think Jimmy johns has a personal issue with me lol. How do you forget 3/4 my toppings (the only thing I wanted off my sub was the avocado spread) and not have cups or the chips I ordered. I paid 15.00 for this."
