"I purchased this laser probably close to three years ago but only recently have I had an occasion to use it, but as expected, it worked as it should, and all is well. As far as the actual purchasing experience? I do not recall any problems arising there as well. Yes, I would recommend Tiger Supplies as a good seller, however, be prepared to leave a review, for if you do not promptly do so, they will hound you with emails till the end of all time requesting you do DM."

"ordered an item that said it was in stock. After a week of no shipping notification I logged in to see the item is backordered but their website still shows available. Called in and was told the item is in stock but their warehouse was closed last week so nothing shipped. The customer service rep Perry was not helpful and was rude about the whole transaction. Perry proceded to tell me that all their products state on the shipping email that they estimate shipping within 24-48 hours. Their website doesn't say "Estimated" and neither does the invoice that I received from them. Asked to speak with a supervisor and was told nobody is available. This will be my last purchase from Tiger Supplies as they are not trustworthy."

"I ordered two tripods and carrying bags off their web site. They had a suggested bag pop up when I placed the order. When the items showed up the bag was way too small for the tipod. When emailing them to resolve the issue I was told that they do not have a bag to fit the tripods and that I would have to pay for shipping to return the bags that were sent. This kind of quality control and customer service is unacceptable. I will never order from them again. a company that sends items clearly meant to be together but are incompatable shows me they lack good business ethics"

"Tiger Supplies had a wide selection of tripods that I couldn't find anywhere else. Good quality product and shipped in reasonable time. We use the tripod for shooting in-house product photos. We needed a tripod that was over 8' tall to shoot photos of some of our cranes and fall protection products."
