"This was lunch and a show, let me explain, walked in restaurant was clean very clean and neat actually started to order and the health inspector walked in, the manager quickly cornered him in the lobby for a long chat while the crew ran around like wild fire, not really doing anything but verifying they did not have an issue he would find ... this was so funny to watch as the store was already 200% cleaner than any restuarant you would walk into, it was like a well orcasrated play, everyone knew their part and place... please do not take my comment in a bad way this is the type of place you for sure want to eat because the staff show dedication and ownership and that is a daily thing proven by their actions they do it day in and day out or they would have been like deer in the headlights in that situation ... also my sub was wonderful, even purposely burnt as I requested, most subways are afraid to burn my sub even though I say burn it please , and that I am not kidding lol"

"A young female running around behind the counter in a hoodie and shorts stated they couldn’t take orders the system is down. Apparently they don’t teach the youth to count without a system."

"If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I ordered online through the app and when I got to the store I only received a sandwich but I ordered a meal. We sat at the window waiting for the boy to notice and when he did he shook his head and rolled his eyes. My sandwich is very very messy, the bread is hard, and cold, I asked for it heated. Absolutely terrible!!!"
