"Absolutely trash! The first cart my family rented was struggling so badly, it barely made it out of the lot. We returned it within 3 minutes and got a different cart. The second cart wasn't much better, but at this point I just wanted to get my family on the beach. The next day we noticed an unauthorized charge on our credit card for over 100$. When I inquired about the charge the clerk said it was for the headlight I broke on the original cart. At this point I'm sickend by the whole situation. I did not break anything and the whole place is a scam. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! Thanks for reading and protect yourself from people like ths"

"Just rented a cart today for a 24 hour period. After spending 200.00 for a 24 hour period, I am on my third cart because each one felt like it was dying. Would not make it up the hills and was soooooo slow. We could walk faster. Third cart is no better! Be aware!"

"Called the company to ask where the carts were allowed to go and general questions. The person on the phone was incredibly rude and lacked willingness to help. Not even going to attempt to rent from here because of their attitudes"

"The first gold cart they gave me had very little brakes and no parking brakes The second cart replacement was not there when I arrive to exchange the first cart, so I got one with brakes but smoking and no gas cap. Day 3 I finally got one my wife would ride in. They would not give me any credit for the two days of unusable golf cart or extend my rental by 2 days. Renter beware"
