"I regret to share that my experience hosting a birthday party for my child at the play area was less than satisfactory. The party attendant appeared to be inexperienced and struggled with basic responsibilities: 1. I was informed I need to purchase a $5 pitcher of water, despite the package including two pitchers. 2. After clarifying, the attendant brought the water but forgot cups, plates, and utensils. I had to request these separately, specifying quantities. 3. Unfortunately, I found myself unexpectedly managing party supplies instead of enjoying the celebration, contrary to our expectations that the attendant would handle such tasks. 4. When it came time to serve pizza, the attendant simply left plates and pizza boxes without offering assistance. When I inquired about serving hungry kids, her response suggested surprise at my request. 5. There was no help in setting up the table for cake cutting, and I ended up serving the cake without assistance. (There is no private room . It is just a private open spot , which is okay) 6. The attendant was often at the counter helping other customers rather than focusing on our party needs. 7. Despite requesting a party attendant, I was met with confusion. The attendant insisted she was there to help, but her actions suggested otherwise. 8. The pizza size was inadequate for five kids, leaving everyone unsatisfied. Despite these challenges, the saving grace was the manager's responsiveness. She patiently listened to my feedback during checkout and offered compensations such as 2-hour free play coupons and a discount on additional pizza. While the manager's actions were commendable, the overall experience fell short of expectations."

"My 4 and 6 year old had a fun time playing here for about 2 hours. Mostly all the playground equipment was great! Except there was a couple of older kids playing recklessly in the toddler area. Also, the bathrooms could use a little more cleaning. Other than that food experience, nice selection of concessions although a bit overpriced."

"It was nice to be able to play with my girls. I had to duck and crawl in some spots, but it was easy for us to play too. The slides were awesome. Super fast. The facility is clean and the restrooms. We got there around 10:30 and not too many people were there. They started getting busy around 1130. They had 2 or 3 birthdays set up, but it was still enough space for everyone to have fun. The food is pretty pricey though."

"Decent place. This establishment is small which leads to over crowding quick. Not enough space between course: swings could not swing without touching the other swing. There isn't a lot to do here. Also, it's very sad to see parents who don't supervise their children. There is no reason why older children should be pushing away smaller children. Overall, it was nice for the kids to be kids."

"Took my son here for the first time and we had a great time. It was spacious and clean. They were cleaning every now and then also. We came at a good time because it was not crowded, around 1:30 on a Tuesday. I’d say there were about a dozen people. Plenty of parking as well, prices were reasonable. Two hour play time."
