"At one point this theater used to be amazing. Now it can barely function. What's the purpose of offering online tickets and not having someone designated to scan those? Buy your ticket, get in early? Nah, stand in the line of 100 people 10 mins before your movie is supposed to start while 3 people work at a glaciers pace selling tickets and consession."

"Need to update the seats. If you are a larger person its kinda a tight fit in the old style tilted down seating. Armrests are not far enough apart. The newer style seating with the reclining seats is so much more comfortable for bigger people. Golden Ticket in Lenoir and Marquee Cinemas in Morganton both have the reclining seats. Hickory needs another theatre."

"The theater provides a clean environment (of course, only in the absence of huge crowds for anticipated movies), the staff is friendly, quick, and understanding, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. However, some refill areas are currently closed, and standard auditoriums are not of the highest quality, but still satisfactory. Overall, it's a great place to watch a movie! 8/10 ⭐"

"• We love this location! Just beware they do tend to get busy especially with some of the recent movie releases and the lines can get long! Consider ordering your food and tickets online if this bothers you. Also don’t forget a jacket sometimes it gets cold in there!"
