Zips Car Wash

"Let me start out by saying that I’m a current Unlimited Zips Car Wash Club, and have been for a pretty long time now. I stopped in today to get my sons car washed (only purchasing a single wash) and to vacuum it out and wipe down the inside. Stepped inside to ask and question about potentially being able to run the car back through the car wash, since I had only paid for a single wash, because the car didn’t get as clean as I liked and was able to speak with Peter. He had told me that it would not be a problem to be able to run it back through to get it washed again, but had suggested to me that if I wanted to save two dollars I could get the promo they were running for unlimited washes for $10 for two months… I thought that was a good deal so I went ahead and signed up for it as a gift for my son. I’ve always had a great experience when I’ve gone to either Zips location in Blount County (all the employees that I’ve ever spoken with are very nice and professional)."

"I have been a annual member for over a year. In Georgia they process by my license plate and when I come to other ZIPS they cannot find my account. I showed my $35 membership that was taken out 3 days ago, along with a receipt of my original store in Woodstock Georgia and I had to sit in the lane and call cooperate myself to solve. The manager of this car wash was “on break” and said not to accept me in. I sat in the drive thru lane for over 25 mins to solve (on my own). Cooperate said to cancel my membership but they could not refund me for the month of December as it was pulled 2 days ago. So they want me to pay for another month to use car washes in Tennessee. I would suggest finding a different provider for your car wash needs. Poor customer service and lack of knowledge. Definitely not customer centric !"

"I've been a loyal customer for a couple of years, but this year has been a disappointment. The pre-clean stations have been removed as well as the trash cans before entering. Not once this year have they sprayed the front or back of my truck before entering the wash. I have to finish the wash on the front and back of my truck in the vacuum area. The vacuum's have been clogged more often than not. The quality of this facility has gone down drastically."

"No pre prep buckets or brushes. No pre spray before entering the wash. Dude guided me in the tunnel and walked back in the office. Some of the sprayers were running out of liquid during the wash. I spent $25 for what!? I won't be back."
