"Downloaded the app to help us catch the trolley. App kept saying trolley was 37 minutes away. It's January so finally after 20 minutes went into store to stay warm. Sure enough here comes the trolley. Run out the door waving to driver who sees us and keeps rolling towards stop. Trolley doesn't stop or pause at stop just keeps going despite clearly seeing us 10 steps away. Worst service and inaccurate app ever!! Avoid Pigeon Forge public transit if you can."

"These trolleys are so cute, and my kids were thrilled we rode them. Also it is cheap and convenient. The drivers were really friendly and knowledgeable so we were able to get a lot of good advice from them. We can't wait to come back to Pigeon Forge, and we will definitely use the trolleys when we do."

"Very easy to use and, although not well documented on the Internet, provides an easy an inexpensive way to get from Gatlinburg to Dollywood. From Gatlinburg, all trolleys go to the aquarium. From there, take Gatlinburg trolley to Gatlinburg Welcome Center. From there, a Pigeon Forge trolley will take you to their hub at Patriot Park. Then a trolley will take you to Dollywood. Repeat in reverse to get back to Gatlinburg."
